| The Emotions in the Workplace on-line workshop is designed to be done after someone has watched the film at least one time through. The workshop walks a person through the film one chapter at a time. Along with each chapter are questions and practical exercises to give the person more understanding of the data so they can apply it in their own life and business. The workshop is self explanatory and can be done in one’s own time. The workshop package gives access to the on-line workshop for 30 days. If you have employees you would also like to do the workshop you can do so within the 30 day limit. |

My initial concern after watching the video was 'how can I remember everything?' This was quickly all alleviated as: 1. The multiple choice made it easier to select the correct answer based off of understanding vs. memory. 2. Each section of the workshop included the video play button! (Nice!) 3. I was nicely surprised to see how much I had actually learned just by watching the video again. Overall it was an excellent workshop which I found enjoyable to take. A couple of the practical assignments were a little too involved for me as I really was trying not to leave the office. LOL! However, the assignments were an excellent tool to solidify and make practical the knowledge I had learned. I will continue to expand my use of the tone scale in everyday life!
